It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed!

It’s very essential that whatever a person is doing whether it may be ranging from minuscule to a large impacting things, it should be beneficial. And if we change this notion of doing any work individually to doing in a team, I feel it may have variety of advantages.

It may have disadvantages too, but let’s be a little positive!

We explore how stopping and taking time both during, and after, a project to note the learnings and experiences can….

  • help mitigate risk
  • capture knowledge and innovation
  • improves the soft skills of people
  • improve project profitability.

Let me just explain some few advantages that we learn during building projects in a team….

1. Always Realize The Mistakes

Often while doing something in a team, we realize the flaws of others rather than, seeing our own mistake. Firstly, we need to get habituated, that we should have the courage to admit our own mistakes. Offering your workforce training and guidelines gives your people the confidence to spot, feedback and escalate problems.

2. Use the lessons learned

Once you have discussed the criteria and some of the required skills used in the project, try to document them and use it in building your knowledge bank.

Agreements are always better than arguments.

3. Building up your soft skills and having a good way of competitive feeling towards your team mates

  • Once you are engaged in a project building process, it should be necessary that you have a sort of communication skills in prior. As it really widens your scope in everything, may be in communicating to a superior or may be sympathizing or giving a boost to someone.
  • And at the same time you should always have a healthy competitive feeling in the team, as it gives an extra push to each one in team to work enthusiastically.

4. Always listen to Feedback and try to implement in the product

After releasing the product in market, what you have worked on this since long, it’s always better to take the feedback of your customers. Always keep yourself in the place of the user and then try to build the project, this may help you to stretch your mind in thinking, widely in different aspects.

Because they are the ones who will use your product!

There may be many advantages and disadvantages, I have mentioned some few of my observations :)!!
